On your blog - Write down the names of the internship blogs you read/commented AND write down any takeaways that you may have from reading other internship experiences.
I read and commented on Noe, Lychelle and Carly's internship blogs.
Noes internship is very cool and I think the biggest thing I took away from her's is how flexibility is very important. I can see how it would be very frustrating making changes last minute especially when teaching a lesson you worked so hard to put together. In this case, many serious matters are going about and being able to modify quickly is a wonderful skill.
Lychelle's internship is very different. She has been put into a completely different lifestyle with the weather, being away from family and friends, and of course working. I think we can relate in the type of work we are doing because a lot of it is business type work. We are helping people with bigger things rather than being able to make a project completely by ourselves. From that being said, communication has been a big thing for her as it has been for me.
Carly's internship is non-profit like mine, so we are learning very similar things such as all the different parts of running this type of business such as receiving donations and making connections with other companies. On the other hand it is also very different as her's is more medical and mine is business/ education oriented. I can tell that she is really pushing herself with her 3 part project and I think that it is great and inspires me to try to do more within my project.
