1) What is a typical workday like?
A lot of interaction with people, a lot of professional meetings in and outside the office. Very busy and always out and about, not stuck in the office all day.
2) What are your main duties and responsibilities?
Martha is member of the senior management team, her primary responsibility is to raise 5.5 million dollars and she is project manager of the construction of Finance Park.

4) Tell us about your path in getting to where you are today- what is your educational history and work experience prior to working here?
Martha has only been working here for a year. She was previously working as group vice president for Wells Fargo bank, running the mortgage company. She went to college at Becker College in Worcester Mass. and got a business degree.
5) Why did you choose to work here?
She has a passion for Junior Achievement. After serving eight years on the board and helping to raise money for JA Biztown, the 5th grade experiential learning program, she came back as a staff member to help raise money and develop JA Finance Park for teenagers.
6) What qualifications do employees need to be successful here and how are those qualifications acquired?
They need to have high integrity, a passion for kids and life long learning, teamwork, multitasking, friendly and people oriented.
7) What other personality traits, skills, or knowledge are important to be successful here?
Comfortable with computers, knowledge of word and excel, well organized, dependable, cooperative, has time management, flexible, honest, resourceful and responsible.

You can take your job and make it what you want, there is a lot of flexibility and plenty to opportunity to have fun. Don't get stuck in your job, do the fun things.
